Wellll, I finally decided to start a painting with the intention of turning it into a stereo pair afterwards. It changed the process a lot, since I put way more effort into planning out the background and foreground. Everything was neatly placed in seperate layers in accordance with background and foreground....it was a very alien experience to me, but it's probably a good idea to think while I'm painting once in a while.
It was great fun.
Directions for those who haven't seen the other cross-eye stereo pairs: Cross your eyes ( while looking at this picture
) and merge the two images, so that you see a center image in 3d!!! That's a simple way of saying it, that doesn't fully explain why the center image is 3d, so check out this link for more information: [link]
